All sales are final once your order is placed. We can’t make any changes or cancellations including updates to items, shipping addresses, or other details so please review your order carefully before confirming.

Our return and exchange policy is available on our website for you to review. Be sure to read it carefully before placing your order. 

Shipping and Processing Time:

We ship directly from Montreal, Canada. Shipping fees and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout based on your location

All orders take 3-10 business days to process before shipping. This allows us to verify your order, prepare your items with care before leaving our facility.

Governing law:

All policies are governed by the laws of Quebec province.

If any issues come up, they’ll be handled exclusively by the provincial or federal courts in Quebec.
